"Speaking from personal experience, I went to do my taxpayer I had a bad experience with the guy tax return preparer, it should be part of his job to be patient, empathetic, and calm as he set the tone in the office. Of course, it’s not pleasant when the person you paid to get your tax return turned into the rude customer you’re facing up to,. But honestly, my take is that if one can’t put up with him, his service work isn’t for me now and never It’s that simple. On the flip side, after I’ve had experiences where this person was impolite I’ve asked my whole family to stay away from place like that."
