"DONT GO HERE. Although the girls who work there were very kind I definitely wouldn’t trust them with my money. Very un organized. I only went there for an auto loan and was told I would have the tittle at 2 months tops. Since they didn’t have the tittle I was told by an employee at the Epping location that I wouldn’t be able to register or insure my vehicle until they had the tittle. Thought no big deal I still have my car from before I can drive. I waited the two months and still nothing, I began going in every week and asking for updates and no one knew anything, after 4 months I started to get a little frustrated and began to call and visit more often again, every time was like the first time they’re hearing of this. 6 MONTHS go by and no tittle and at month 3 they charged me 3,200 dollars for not having it insured.. even though I was told by an employee I wasn’t able to, 2 weeks into having the loan. Imagine paying a loan for a vehicle you just bought and can’t drive it for 6 months. So here we are 6 months out no tittle, can’t drive my truck, a fat fee and TERRIBLE costumer service. I ended up calling corporate and explained my situation and they ended up calling and finding out my tittle was at the Walmart location for the past 5 months the whole time and they just never looked hard enough. They took away part of my fee but left me with 1,700 that I have to pay even though every employee I talked to stated it was their fault and how bad they felt for me. Don’t waste your time with this bank. I highly recommend Granite state in Candia."

"Awful bank. We had fraudulent charges that amounted to 1100$ and the bank said they wouldn’t be able to issue a provisional credit until after the case gets looked at which could be 10 business days. We have 3 children and just had 1100$ stolen - the bank should provide a provisional credit to help you until the investigation completes. We are pulling all our accounts and getting away from these people. This is extremely messed up the bank should have insurance for this, to be able to help people in the case of fraud."

"Well, the name says it all. Service with a capital S. I switched to SCU from my previous credit union, whose business it seemed to be, making running my business, from a financial perspective, impossible. "Ah yes, the good 'ol SCU. I love this bank along with a very friendly staff. The rates are much better and have done number of wires which is very reasonable. The fact that I can contact them any time of the day is a nice option. Highly recommended bank."
