"I have used CSB for many years for my small business. They had a special small business account which provided ACH transfers for $25 a month. Then about 1 1/2 years ago, I started to get bills for $100 for ACH transfers. It turns out they had eliminated my type of account and didn't bother to inform me in any way. After about 1 year of phone calls and emails, I was able to get reimbursed for many months of fees, but it was a pretty painful experience. I had to go with a different account as they no longer have that option and no longer have the ability of doing ACH transfers. I would suggest trying other banks if you're a small business."

A few days ago I found my mistake after I stepped out of the bank. Inattentively I wrote a wrong amount on my withdrawal slip. The bank was already closed. So I knocked the door. Not only Mathi let me in, but also she allowed me to correct my mistake. As a result, I was able to withdraw the amount that I wanted to have. Excellent customer service!"
