"Always fast"
"I"ve had many banks for business and personal accounts, and this one is my favorite. Friendly employees who recognize you when you come in, and also fair rates and great service."
"I was told that I looked "suspicious" by a bank teller (mid 40's Military retiree here) and demanded I show him my ID-to put a check into someone else's account. I informed him my ID was in my car and again asked why I needed it and he said "you look suspicious and because I told you, that's why". The teller then threw my check back and said he was done with me. I went one one teller down who apologized several times and tried making excuses for the other tellers abhorrent behavior. The original teller continued to yell that I was a liar and when I told him to please stop speaking to me, he continued to yell. The 2nd employee then went to get her manager who not only didn't apologize but asked if I had misheard him or even provoked him somehow. When I asked about customer satisfaction, she said "well I'll defend my employee over a stranger any day". She then asked what I do and when I said retired Military, she smiled and said "typical". At this point I left and my money will be leaving too."
