"I have used Salary Finance through my employer in the past and it was a really good experience. It was an easy process and received funding quickly. However, I recently applied for a loan and it took over two weeks to get a response to my application even though when I submitted my application it said I would receive a response within 2-3 business days. When they finally responded to my application, they asked for additional information they could easily obtain from my credit report they are going to run to qualify for the loan. Seems like they just do not want to do repeat business with customers. Company has drastically went downhill in the last few years. Very disappointed."

"Absolutely appalling service, customer services taking weeks to respond despite an automated e-mails saying queries are answered in 3 working days, making promises to take action within 3-5 working days and taken over 12 days now to action and still waiting for a result. Do NOT use this company, if you do you will be waiting forever for help if you need it."
"Hello just wanted to leave a review to let everyone know Salary Finance discriminated against me I was told on Friday I could reapply for my loan and Salary Finance didn't let the application go through they blamed it on TCG Services and the school district that I work for after talking to both places and they told me it wasn't a hold on anything Salary Finance finally admitted that they was the one that stopped the application after two years of borrowing from this company and paying on time they denied me then to put the cherry on. Top they took a exta payment from my account they will never let you speak to anyone else accept Jason Matt and Katie well after reading the reviews this incident happen to other people too hopefully we can all get together and get something done someone at Salary Finance need to know they are picking and choosing who they want to get the loans Discrimination"
