"I was very dissatisfied with the service at this Bank. I don't have an account but pulled $1,000 out of their atm. Usually at a atm it allows to pick the bills when requesting a large amount of money. The option wasn't available. I got 20's and 10's. I then went into the bank to see if I could trade them out for $100's. I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have an account. I asked to speak to a manager and waited a while. I was greeted by an associate whom was willing to help me when a lady went out her way and interrupted only to say she heard of my issue and couldn't help. I've lived in this area for a while and believe if my skin color was different the result wouldn't have been the same."
