"Horrible customer service, they take your social and when asked why something wasn’t approved they don’t have an answer. Then the lady just hangs up. They need to fire the entire staff at this location and rehire others that know how to properly communicate with people. I would never send anybody here ever . I will be getting in touch with a lawyer as it’s very sketchy as to why you can’t give me a specific reason but you took my personal information. If anything shows up on my credit I will come for this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Scams!"

"This is based on my attempt to use Members Plus as a shared branch. I attempted to obtain a bank check drawn on my out of state Credit Union that participates in the Co-Op ATM's. I thought they participated in shared banking, but it turned out they didn't. Hangry, stressed, and short on time I was upset that the teller could not find my bank. While at the ATM to instead go get Money Orders, the teller came out and asked to try again. They really went the extra step to try to accommodate me and it's so rare to get attention and service like that."
