"They have absolutely no control over their lending and application process due to using a vendor. The vendor is unable to establish controls on something as simple as mailings."

"Incompetent and condescending best describes this particular Bank. Especially this particular branch. They ignore what you ask. They often put checks into entirely wrong accounts regularly. Deposit a check. Ends up in my Uncle's account instead. Or my Father's etc. Been lucky it's only been random family members. They also take the fact I have Asperger's Syndrome as an excuse to talk down to me. Worst credit Union in the State. In regards to the response from the owner. I don't know what they expect from me. The Staff are super incompetent and highly disrespectful. I am already looking for a replacement credit union. So what your gonna fire them all or something. Even if you did that doesn't make any of it right. I am just sharing my experience so others don't make my mistake.. The mistake of opening a St Mary's Bank account."

"A credit union that doesn't call itself a CU and that's okay. Fancy building and a very large institution but I think it's still better than the typical national or regional bank. Sometimes they seem very out of touch until you meet someone in person. Everyone I've met, from reception, teller, to rep has been very nice. It's ideal to not have to go in but when you do it's pretty nice inside. Deposits made easy at the old fashioned chute outside or the cool ATMs."
