"The assistant manager is completely rude and disgraceful. Their atm ate 172 dollars of my 300 dollar deposit. Mid counting my cash after I got out of work at 11pm it shut down and wouldn’t give me my money back. The manager basically told me that the ATM right outside the bank itself is not her problem or anything to do with the bank that it is an outside servicer (which who ever knew that?) I thought the atms belonged to the banks themselves especially being outside the bank building. She told me that I offended her because she wanted no accountability for the banks machine and here I am having to wait for my cash. I didn’t realize I was gambling when I put money into a “secure” bank atm. This is their problem not mine, they won’t even check the cameras as I counted the money in front of it, she told me she has no idea when someone will come service the atm. This is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever been in with a bank. Every one I know has said this would never happen or would have been solved already at their bank. Luckily, I don’t live on 172 dollars only but if this were to happen to someone else that might have been their only cash at the time. It’s pathetic, if anyone stole 172 dollars from the bank they would have gotten it back by the end of the day. Don’t bank here and definitely avoid the horrible manager with zero customer service at the Td on main street"
