"Been a member, also overseas and elsewhere in the US, since 1983. Service Federal Credit Union, now called Service Credit Union, has been my go-to ‘Bank’ for decades. It WAS (I stress past tense) the best Credit Union I could find—anywhere, and HAS served me well. Over the past few years, since ( formulat least) 2021, the quality of service has taken a drastic nose dive, at my Nashua branch. And the 10+ minute (sometimes more!) Call Line waits, without the simple courtesy of a Call Back option, have really hammered home just how little value Service Credit Union places on customers, these days. Tons of new branches opening, across New England, as the quality of service steadily declines…."

"I had to get a new card. Only way to activate it is to give my social security and birthday and much more personal information on the phone to a computer. Told that was only way possible. I saw the woman threw the glass laugh at me to a coworker for saying I'm not comfortable with that. I'm sad that this was my experience. I believe I'm going to a different credit union."
