It WAS (I stress past tense) the best Credit Union I could find—anywhere, and HAS served me well. Over the past few years, since ( formulat least) 2021, the quality of service has taken a drastic nose dive, at my Nashua branch. And the 10+ minute (sometimes more!) Call Line waits, without the simple courtesy of a Call Back option, have really hammered home just how little value Service Credit Union places on customers, these days. Tons of new branches opening, across New England, as the quality of service steadily declines…."
