"I can’t do a negative star. I bought a car and finally payed off my loan in December after 6 years and only today did my lien get released and my title in the mail. Whenever we are late on a payment, we pay a fee, when it’s the other way and they make a mistake there is no repercussions for them. It’s been 9 months and I thought my title got lost in the mail even after a rep said to me it got sent out. Someone didn’t do their job. All I get is a sorry."
