"Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Thank you so much for your excellent service!"
"Girl did NOT ID me for a $650.00 cash withdrawal. Glad my money is not safe at all at SEFCU/Broadview. I could have been anyone who had my member number. Scary."
"We had a fraud alert . Could not reach that department to lift it. The phone system is awful.. Three days trying to remove charge. The phone system is awful. I would like to cancel. Debbie"
"Well I have been a member here for 10 plus years . They have the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. The do not call members back when you send secure messages for that to be a thing. Put in a loan application forget it they don't call to te you your approval status and they don't answer their phones period . Ridiculous I sent an appointment request to talk about serious things happening with my account ...that was 2 months ago im still waiting. At this point they have proven to not be member first. I will take my business along with a bunch of others to TCT federal where they actually care for their members."
"Absolutely unprofessional service. I had under 20.00 worth in change counted in a bag and they refused my as a SEFCU member. There was no line, just the girl was lazy to take care of me and didn’t want to bother taking the time with me. Instead they wanted me to put less than 20.00 worth of change in a machine that would take a percent to charities that are not specified at all. Just very upset how that seriously I was an inconvenience to count less than 20.00 worth of change."
