"Absolutely terrible. I placed an order the day before my parents anniversary to be delivered the next day. I received a confirmation and receipt via email. The day came for my parents to receive their arrangement, and it never came. I was never called to say they couldn’t do the delivery. I wasn’t notified of anything. I called twice. The next day I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I never cancelled the order. And now my parents anniversary has gone by without my gift. IF a florist cannot fulfill the order because they are “at capacity”…and they know the sort of nationwide service they get their order from…have the decency to let the person who has full blind trust in them know they won’t be able to fulfill the order so that we, the consumer can find another place to order from. And IF you know that the service who gives you the orders has disappointed many many customers in the past, stop using that service. Sad, disappointed, and angry."
"This florist may be fine if you live locally and/or order over the phone. However do not order through her website. She deflects blame on FSN and takes no responsibility, even telling me she has a disclaimer saying not to order online! I still haven't seen that, but why would she participate in a floral service she doesn't trust and said she would not use? A full refund is pending, as is appropriate, but be fair warned, do not order anything online through Bloom."
"Do NOT recommend Had the worst experience with this business. Ordered flowers for a friends birthday and they never showed up. No call or email from the business. I called the number numerous times that day with no response, voicemail full. I tried the business for the next two days and finally after the 8th dial in a row she picks up two days later. She stated she would get back to me in a few hours, never heard back from her. Called repeatedly again the next day (now 3 days after the birthday) and finally picks up after multiple calls. After demanding a refund, she assured me she would issue and contact flower shop network. I call the next day to confirm she requested, she “claims” she did and it will show in 5-7 business days. I call back 7 business days later to the flower shop network on my card after no refund is showing and the woman had NEVER contacted them and requested a refund. Flower shop network was so kind to issue immediately and was going to contact her accordingly. This woman is what I assume the owner and her entire business is a scam. Do not order from them!! Went with fancy flowers instead and had nothing but the best experience/service."
"My grandmother passed and as I am halfway across the country, sending flowers was the one small thing that I could do to "be there" in some way. I looked up Blooms and placed an order through the website for a beautiful arrangement that complimented my Meme's fun-loving spirit and energy. My mom sent me a picture and I was so saddened to see what was delivered and how different the arrangement was from what I was expecting. I called the shop, courteous and open-hearted, to share how sad I was at the difference in the arrangement. Instead of offering any compassion, the person I spoke with was dismissive and justified the style choices by referring to the "third-party website" that others here have mentioned, indicating that a clause clearly states that the arrangements may look different. She continued to rationalize the differences by saying she felt she made good choices and that I got my money's worth in flowers. Five minutes in, I got an, "I'm sorry..." but of course, followed by a "but" with more justificiations. The owner did ask what I wanted and I was at first silent as I didn't really know how to make this right, feeling that at this point, there wasn't anything to be done. Instead, I asked that she remember our conversation in the hopes that should she ever have another call like this from someone dissatisfied that she extend greater understanding than she did for me. I inquired about why a phone call wasn't made to let me know about the changes and she claims that she didn't have any contact information for me. One call to the parent company later and I learned that's not accurate. The lady from the floral network was kind and sympathetic. But as you can see from some other comments, the person at the shop that I spoke with was not. I will say, the arrangements selected by my family members are beautiful but they were ordered in person. From the tone of the conversation, this person sounds like they don't love working with the online ordering platform. So buyer beware if you're ordering online..."
"Your cape space is transformed with a Bloom bouquet. Gorgeous, vibrant flowers that you cannot find anywhere else and lasted for a VERY long time. Had multiple inquiries from cape guests as to where I buy my flowers. Customer service is wonderful and eagerly assisted in my requests. Delivered perfectly with care and always on time. Store is absolutely lovely and inspires the coastal decorative mind in all seasons. So thrilled I found Bloom!"
