"I wish I could actually give this review zero stars! My husband & I stopped here to grab something for lunch. They didn't have what we wanted, but because we used the bathroom, one of the guys working there verbally harassed us into buying something because the bathrooms are only for customers he said. It was extremely rude & completely unprofessional. He even followed me outside asking if we were going to get gas!! We WERE planning on getting gas while there, but decided not to because of this. My advice, avoid this place!!"

"I utilize the Irving brand for many years in NH and in Pembroke Mass. Excellent gas prices. Excellent food choices. I enjoy the staff in Pembroke. The 2 star is so warranted because the bathrooms are closed every other day because of "OUT OF ORDER" signs....baloney!! I go there every single weekday. I'm going to notify the Bosrd of Health to make sure they know of a plumbing problem, if one truly exists"

"Such a weird experience every time. This most recent visit will most certainly be my last. Whoever was working the counter Saturday morning before 11AM shouldn't be working with the public. I do want to compliment the woman working the smoothie station she was super busy but still super pleasant and helped me out, she was great! I was accused of ripping a sticker off my smoothie several times, I explained I was given a ticket to hand to him. He continued to tell me I ripped it off..I finally had to explain firmly while pointing to the slip that he had to scan that slip that's what I was given. He was extremely rude and maybe should've called in that day. What got me though was I walked out to my car and I could feel him staring me down...I get into my car where he proceeded to stare into my car until I got so uncomfortable I left. Over priced for what you get plus whoever that guy is, polite pass. Reading other reviews, why does this seem like a common occurrence, leads me to believe nothings being done about it."

"This place just happens to sell gas, but they hands down have the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, and anything that comes out of the deli is top notch. The customer service is always great, and I am always thanked many times for coming in, and am even met with a “good job young man” if I use the self checkout. Great place!"
