"Who doesn't love dunkin lol. Staff is very friendly and this specific location always gets it right."

"Had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. Went and got a half dozen donuts and I told the man behind the counter that I wanted a vanilla crème, he picked up the wrong donut 3 times and put the wrong one in the box and I said “oh I wanted a vanilla crème” and he goes “well I already put it in the box so.” He also picked up the donuts with his bare hands. Gave me the wrong coffee, an untoasted bagel, poor attitudes and bad service all around."

"I equate their donuts to edible plastics. They really need to up their game on that. Muffins are ok. Coffee is good but has morphed into a cafeteria of options that leave them to your imagination. There was a time when they offered burgers and I think they are headed back in that direction."

"waited in line for 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead, ordered a coffee, everything bagel minis and a plain bagel. i get to the window and was asked multiple times if i had 2 coffees when i only had one then they said there was no plain bagels and substituted it with plain bagel minis, which should have been established at the speaker. waited another 5 minutes at the window before they come over with my coffee and cashed me out, then proceed to wait a few more minutes for them only to bring the plain bagel minis. i called multiple times through the window to tell them i ordered everything bagel minis with it and they proceeded to tell me that they had none and i was only charged for the plain ones. the coffee was discussed, the staff was rude and took way too long to partially complete my order. as someone who works at a different dunkin, i was baffled to see the employees act like that. get new staff."

"I stopped getting food there because they never toast my food correctly it's either burnt or not toasted at all. And they precook hash browns and let them sit until sold and they end up tasting stale or just cold and fall apart. Great coffee and service but awful food making skills."
