"very rude. i called to get a number for customer service, i just want the phone number. because i placed a bulk order a month ago to pick up in store and it says its ready but every time i go it’s not there! she wouldn’t even give the number and she was so rude and hung up in my face. what is the point of putting a phone if you’re going to be rude and hang up in peoples faces."

"Had most things I was looking for; lots of holiday items. Many shoppers but lines moved quickly."

"Needs better management. I’ve never seen so many OSHA and public safety violations in a store at once. No organization. Snack isle had rat poop on the bottom shelves where the cereal is. I’ll be posting another review in a few days with pictures. That was unbelievable. You have to see it yourself to know how bad it was. I was picking up an instacart order from there and had to shove myself between a wall of boxes and the shelves to reach for some oven mitts. Never putting myself in danger for a customer in that store again. Cashier was also very passive aggressive it was super uncomfortable. She ignored me a few times when I asked for a separate bag for my customers heavier items. It was awkward for me as I really don’t experience that much aggression from cashiers at other stores I work in for deliveries."

"Unfortunately this store is an accident waiting to happen. Lots of empty shelves throughout the store. Every and I mean every aisle boxes stacked 5 or more high the whole length of the aisle. Around corners as well. And filthy. The one is Revere is much cleaner well stocked and has more items available. An over haul is needed. I won't be back. Maybe if they pay better and treat their employees well people would be more motivated to do their jobs."
