"Horrible experience purchasing from this store, extremely disappointed. They advertised to customers welcoming store orders for shipping. They confirmed that a specific one of a kind item was available for me to purchase, and said they would invoice me "promptly", then sold it out from under me. If they were busy invoicing me and had confirmed it was mine, then why was it not pulled as unavailable for sale? Also the time line does NOT add up. Don't waste your time supporting a business that doesn't respect their regular (or any) customers. This is NOT an isolated experience."
"We spent over an hour in here finding so many great items for my 3 daughters! The quality is oustanding and the outlet pricing is excellent! The sales associate was soooo lovely, helped us dig through the stacks of beautiful goods, and made our shopping experience with a 2-year-old in tow EXTRA sweet!
