"I have shopped at this store for several years and once again did some Holiday shopping there in December. Three of the items I purchased were baby swaddles. Once I began to prepare these gifts for mailing it occurred to me that the three babies were leaving the swaddling phase so I planned to return the items. Unfortunately I was unwell for a while and could only return them today I was not requesting a refund - simply a credit note. They were not Holiday themed items and could certainly be resold. I was not aware of the 10 day return policy . I understand store policy but I felt that this was not an unreasonable request and discretion could have been used. I have spent quite a lot of money here in the past. I will not be spending anymore I"
