"I purchased online and pick up in store for a holiday gift. It’s took 13 days to get to store also. I was told I can return it up to January 15th because it was picked up on November 12th but ordered on October 31st. Needless to say they won’t even do store credit. I will no longer be buying from this company any longer. I was told pretty much oh well from customer service. Now I see why the store is often empty!!!"

"I just came home from this location. I tried to return something, and the associate was rude & treated me like I was an inconvenience. I had the receipt, and i was prepared. This interaction should have never happened. I will not be buying from this location again. I'm seriously reconsidering shopping with children's place ever again!!!!!"

Wouldn’t return some thing because the tag was off even though I brought it separately. Brand new never worn. Anywhere else you can return something even if there’s no tag at all."

"I will never shop at children place again , ESPECIALLY this location. Every single person here is rude . The store policy for returns absolutely suck. I have jeans with tags and a receipt brand new neevr worn and can’t even exchange it other then jeans/ the whole purpose is because my son doesn’t want jeans. Like what kind of policy is this? I should be able to exchange the jeans for something else in the store . They lost us and many more customers as I can see. Worst customer service and worst team ever."

"The fact that I had to give 1 star bothers me because I am beyond disappointed with customer satisfaction. I have never shopped with Children's place but always hear about deals the clothing and honestly in my opinion the shirts suck they are wide never long enough the pants are short and most of the time are not that good of a price and sale is NOT a sale and over priced all the clothing!. I purchased several pants for my daughter wanted to return due to damage and she just didn't wear some had the tags( HAD STILL HAS THE RECIEPT! .let's just make that clear) and I was refused a return and then asked for store credit I was still refused a return!!!. How is that possible? So friend of mine told me days prior to this day she returned clothing that was gifted to her and it was accepted so no receipt return and I have receipt and denied return ? I will never buy from Children's place ever again disgusting"
