"We have had absolutely terrible service from Mikey Merando and Milos Relijic at the Verizon store in Westfield. Very deceptive practices and they ignore text and phone calls. We declined insurance on phones, but got billed for it. Had to call 2 different places to get it fixed. Was told that there would be a $35 activation fee per phone(3)…was okay with that. However we ended up being charged $45 per phone to have them set up - we were not made aware of these charges. Would have done the set up ourselves. Talked to Milos and was told that they would credit us the $45/phone. That was almost 2 weeks ago and we still have not seen credit. Talked us into switching our internet to Verizon. Was promised YouTube TV (with NFL package) for 2 years. This changed to 1 year…we were okay with this. Then it changed to just the NFL package…not happy at this point. We spent hours on the phone over a 4 week period and were told multiple times that our account would be escalated so we would get the NFL package. Still don’t have it. So, no credit yet and no YouTube or NFL package. Not happy, not sure where to go from here."
