I asked them what was the point of this store if you guys can’t do anything for me, he told me “we sell phones and accessories, that’s all. If you want anything done you need to go to the corporate store”"

"We have had absolutely terrible service from Mikey Merando and Milos Relijic at the Verizon store in Westfield. Very deceptive practices and they ignore text and phone calls. We declined insurance on phones, but got billed for it. Had to call 2 different places to get it fixed. Was told that there would be a $35 activation fee per phone(3)…was okay with that. However we ended up being charged $45 per phone to have them set up - we were not made aware of these charges. Would have done the set up ourselves. Talked to Milos and was told that they would credit us the $45/phone. That was almost 2 weeks ago and we still have not seen credit. Talked us into switching our internet to Verizon. Was promised YouTube TV (with NFL package) for 2 years. This changed to 1 year…we were okay with this. Then it changed to just the NFL package…not happy at this point. We spent hours on the phone over a 4 week period and were told multiple times that our account would be escalated so we would get the NFL package. Still don’t have it. So, no credit yet and no YouTube or NFL package. Not happy, not sure where to go from here."

"I have nothing but compliments for the service I received at the Verizon store from Aidan. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable, and informative, without being pushy. I left with a fully functioning, new phone and a better plan more well-suited for my family that was actually less expensive. It was nice to go to a brick & mortar store that still values customer interactions and employs top-notch people to service them."
