"Excellent clothing however, I've waited 5 visits to write this review (to give the Manager the benefit of the doubt, as we all have bad days) but the Manager is the rudest person I've ever met!! She's extremely mean and not helpful at all. She wont give you her name and she doesn't wear a name tag ("red flag"). First, I said hello as the manager / staff don't greet you there when you're standing right in front of them. Then you will wait 3 to 5 minutes for them to finish their personal conversation before they will help you (with no one else in the store / not busy). So I was there to pick up a "ship to store" order of 3 items. I nicely asked if I could quickly look at my items before "accepting my order" by signing in their system and she REFUSED. I said that I've gotten home before with DAMAGED ITEMS so I just want to open the package and take a quick look before signing-off and "accepting". AGAIN, SHE MEANLY REFUSED. Then after arguing for a few minutes, she finally let me open the closed shipping package and she said "you have a second to look".... wow!! In my many decades of shopping, I've never been met with such hostility. Again, she's been very unfriendly and unpleasant many times before but this was so ridiculous and very unprofessional!! What a shame because it's a good store with nice clothing and I like that you can now pickup Gymboree items there. The other staff member was nice thankfully but she isn't usually there."
