"I’m rating this store a 1 Star for so many reasons. First and foremost the employees are UNPROFESSIONAL.! I walked into the store with one thing in mind * find a coat* as soon as I walked in I found one. It was CHILLY out, so I threw it on and processed to browse the store with my son and my niece. As we’re browsing the store with every intention to purchase items we like, have on — like the coat. I bumped into a few employees that were not shy about their harsh glares and or stakeouts watching us. We waited FOREVER and a year in the line for the dressing room. There’s only 2 BTW! Finally after trying everything on. We of course walk out with the things we loved! Upon checking out the employees are alternating from whispering to talking loudly about customers who are stealing, have stole or like the assumption they had towards me “ has the intentions of stealing” the only tall slim black male whispered into a short black womens ear something about me and I caught her eyes trying not to “ stare to soon” ! I get it people steal... however that was not my intention. I thought this projection was the rudest and most unprofessional thing!!!! They need to ALL be retrained! Especially for the underlying cause and purpose of the store!!! On a good note The perfect jacket I found was $30.00 And it was juicy courture I found a l.l bean sweater for $5 AE fuzzy sweater for $5 A flannel for $4 and a pair of pants for $6"
"Terrible place to shop. Yes they have some nice items but you have to dig. They have changing rooms yet they refuse to let people try the clothes on and prefer to lie and say they are out of service by putting a bunch of junk there. You have to try clothes in in the middle of the store in front of everyone absolutely no privacy. They get tons of free donations daily they should not charge people so much money for these items. If they were a good company they would sell shirts, blouses for $1 $2 tops. Yet they charge $5 for blouses etc. Not worth it. Some people who shopped there are very rude also. They wont say excuse me they will just pass you by like that. Goodwill is a company that just make money and put it in their pockets they do absolutely nothing for the community not even on a local level."
"Wow, it really does smell like urine. I came by Goodwill after swinging by Boomerangs. I’ve liked other Goodwills for organizing their clothes by size, but this Goodwill doesn’t seem to do that. They have a huge selection of coats and outerwear, which is great. They also have a fairly young clientele given the colleges in the area, at least from what I observed during my weekend visit. I didn’t find any clothes that caught my eye, but I did get a pair of OOFOS sandals for $5, which was a steal. Street parking only. No returns, and no changing rooms either (not that I could see)."
"I really enjoyed the Lovely and interesting pieces in goodwill Bookstore"
"this place has a rancid smell and the dressing rooms are closed for some reason (i’ve been to many goodwills recently where they are open). which ok having a closed dressing room would be fine if they accepted returns or exchanges but instead you have to guess if clothes fit you and if they don’t you’re screwed. makes me not want to buy any products bc i don’t want to pay $10 for a pair of pants that don’t fit bc i am not made of money i am shopping in a goodwill on top of this, none of the prices are displayed so you’re literally just guessing on how much things are"
