They always give us their office hours ahead of time and if we purchased a car over the weekend and the office is closed we give rachel a heads up that way she knows what is coming into the office or she’ll start working on the documents she needs before they submit anything to her. "Bad experience on the phone with Rachel. Her office was closed to observe Veterans day , the 10 th Friday. So paperwork and Ins Binder wasn't done and a Saturday car delivery for our customer could not be done, and won't be done til Monday. I asked her, on Monday morning,gee I am a veteran and I not only worked Friday , I worked on Saturday too (Veterans Day ). I said the holiday should be for Veterans , they should get the day off if they served there country, and the people who didn't serve should go to work.I did Not say it rudely, just stated my opinion. She said she was sorry I felt that way with a attitude , said her father was a veteran , so I guess in her mind that justified people who didn't serve to take a day off of work,and then rudely hung up on me. Gee Rachel, at the very least you could have thanked me for my service, before the hang up. . Great customer skills. As long as the Holiday benefits your schedule, and gives you a day off ,even though you didn't earn it, you keep taking the day off, and you keep hanging up rudely on the veterans who did give up years of the lives and have to work that day. Saturday 11/18/23 In response to your response ... I was definatly Not rude, Loud or Abusive to you on the phone .That is your Lie, so you tell it how you want to. You have Zero Tolerance to the truth is what you have Zero tolerance to.... You earned a BAD Review with your attitude,. You just didn't like what my opinion on who should be taking the day off for on Veterans Day which is just my opinion, but I bet a lot of Veterans feel the same way as I do about that day. You hung up on me , that was YOU being rude and abusive. Your customer and mine had No idea your office was off that day, and your answering service told me earlier that day that your office was open. So they didn't know either. Also it was not even Veterans Day I am referring to that you decided to close.( Veterans day was on Saturday ). You decided to close your office Friday (The day before ) and used that as a excuse, because you just wanted 3 days off in a row. Long Weekend as we call it. Your father is a good man , and you said he was a veteran, so I thank him for his service. But like I said , he served ,not you.He deserves the day off , not you. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have never hung up on me or any of his customers the way you did. He is too professional So my advise to all veterans like myself who are reading this. and have served our country , if you want to buy a car and need a Ins Binder or stamped RTA near Veterans Day, look into USAA for your Insurance Carrier because they will have there office manned for us and our needs.
