"I would not recommend this company. They are fine until you decide to go with a more affordable insurance. I recently switched carriers due to a move and my policy increasing $600 a year through them. The proper documentation was sent over to switch and they still did not cancel my policy. So far I've been charged two months already due to their lack of concern on the issue. I called and tried to speak wit the owner last week after multiple promises of call backs from the secretary with no luck. First.. I was told the owner did not have a direct line, then i was told he was not in, then about a minute later he picks up the phone and tells me we do not work for free and hung up. This was part of their job to process the 2A form for the policy cancelation. I do not recommend going here to anyone."
