"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The new management is unethical & underhanded at best & outright criminal at worst. I came in to learn about their insurance options having bought a new car & within a few minutes they went ahead & registered my car (which you cannot do legally until someone has secured insurance which I had not) then said I had to buy insurance through them afterwards because they already paid to have it registered. The woman Barbara admitted that they sometimes forge their clients signatures since esigning is too complicated for them to figure out. After practically begging, she finally printed out something for me to see to compare insurance options rather than just going on which bits of info she thought were worth telling me. I was given 4 options, all Commerce insurance to be paid an entire year up front. No terms were available to review. I agreed to pay by check. Once I wrote the 1st check for the registration, she went ahead & took the liberty of wiring the full year of insurance payments directly from my bank account (which I did not consent to). After she finished processing payment for 1 of the only 4 options she disclosed to me, she then let it slip to me that they also offered insurance from 2 other providers & payments could have been made on a monthly schedule. Somehow those options didn't make it out when I asked her to print or show me ALL the options. Since they had gone ahead & registered the car already claiming I bought insurance from them before I had, I had little option but to do so if I wanted to actually drive my car rather than have a legal battle with them. This is basically the scam where someone runs up to your car, washes your windshield, & then demands you pay them because they already did it. Except it is worse because they actually registered your car claiming you already bought insurance from them so instead of a few bucks, they demand over $1000. I have never felt so swindled before. I am still contemplating reporting them to the BBB, RMV, & the electronic registration service that they clearly should not be allowed to use. Do yourself a favor & stay away!!"
