"I had the most positive experience at Cote insurance this week. Marci was awesome! I literally had just purchased a car, needed insurance quotes ASAP as I was due to get the insurance binder to both my bank lender and the dealership so that I could pick the car up that next day, AND had to somehow make it to my work Christmas party that evening all in a matter of an hour. Marci was so patient with me as I was frazzled because it was the end of the day and there were a lot of moving parts I had to get in order quickly. She came back with a quote for combined comprehensive for both my husband and I in less than 10 minutes. I also asked if she could get a quote for just me as I just needed to get the binder emailed and my husband and I were presently not combined. She said she would go into the office early the next morning before they opened to get that to me (it was already end of day and I needed to email the binder to my bank by 9am). Marci really went above and beyond for me. When I stopped in 2 days later so she could take pics of the vehicle, I finally got to meet her in person and she is just the nicest! Plus my quote was way less than what I am currently paying for comprehensive on my 2010! Awesome experience all around!"
