"Terrible post office service to onset village - can’t receive mail to 02558 and the post office is zero help"

"Seeing as you only get your mail through the post office in Onset I’ve taken 2 stars away, I think it’s annoying and we should just have mail boxes like most other towns do, lord knows we pay enough in taxes to cover it. The post office itself has always been wonderful easy to get your mail sometimes a bit tricky to get packages when most places don’t ship to a P.O. Box but if you include the work around for your package you’ll be fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need it. Post office is clean and looks in order when you go."

"Seeing the only way we get mail is thru the Post Office I would thing the lobby hours would be better & more convenient for working individuals. The closing at lunch time is annoying to me. As far as the Staff, Always been pleasant & helpful. Wishing Sandy the best in her retirement, she has always been super nice & helpful."

"Wonderful experience I just had two minutes ago. I am disabled and can never get to the PO so my husband had to leave work early so he could grab my medical package that has been there for quite awhile. The PO closes at 4:30, which i didn't know so he was going to be a minute late but the lady so kindly put them in one of the boxes and put the key in our PO Box so my husband could get them. I know this doesn't sound like much of a big deal but if you can't walk and rely on another, it really is. I dont know her name but if your reading this I just want to say Thank you."
