"Used to be great but definitely not anymore. Package always is dropped at wrong spot despite the clear instructions being posted. Sometimes they don't even deliver big packages and request to pick it up due to "beach traffic" meanwhile smaller packages are still delivered. Have to go to the office to complain since we rely on the deliveries. Good for couple weeks then back to normal."

"Bankers hours. Poor customer service. Lazy delivery people that leave packages dangling from guard rails adjacent to mail boxes on Rt. 28 and claim they are left "at the door". All around pathetic - even compared to other post offices and that is truly saying something. Edit: They have improved somewhat over the past year - no more electronic posting via email of "delivered" for packages that are still rolling around in the mail truck - only to actually be delivered 5 or 6 hours later. (perhaps this was the delivery driver's way of improving his/her performance rating without actually "delivering" a solid performance). And no more packages left dangling in a plastic bag draped over the guardrail on Rt. 28 - claiming they were left at the door. The speed at which service is rendered in the office still leaves much to be desired so the rating only goes up one star."
