"I just had the best customer experience with Michael, the technician from FA Days. I had a buzzing/humming sound in my propane fireplace and he got to the bottom of it quickly. Not only was he extremely easy to talk with but he really knew his stuff. He called first to see if I was home. I wasn't. So we needed to do this remotely. Through a series of images he sent, and calls, he explained what was going on with the fireplace, did the necessary repairs and explained what the next steps are. He even flagged a problem I was having with my remote door lock. This guy should teach customer service!"
