"I can see why people call ups u people suck lol. If you want to make absolutely no money and have minimal hours with annoying coworkers this is the perfect company for you. Raise the wage and hours if you want people to stay at the company."
"I had an order being delivered and it ended up at the Chelmsford warehouse. Then nothing. I went in to see if I could pick up the order. They informed me my package had been stolen. Don't use UPS for valuable packages in this area."
"Rating this 5 because the customer service improvement with the dark-haired woman who is currently working there. She’s so kind and keeps it cool despite being the *only* employee working. She needs a raise to be doing the jobs of multiple open positions. I hope she’s recognized for her work."
"Worst customer service ever received. VERY RUDE and unreasonable. Since he chose not to disclose his name to us upon request, I unfortunately have to describe him as his look. a black male working behind teh counter was rude and unreasonable upon request. My husband was there on my behalf to pick up the package and he refused to release even when UPS mainline confirmed it is allowed. He insisted he has his "own rules" and do not follow "UPS customer servie rules." He also said he doesn't have supervisors and don't have anyone he works under. Very rude and at the end of the incident, he was more concerned about not being reported for his misbehaviors! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"
"Worst Customer Service. Their automated virtual assistant is of no assistance at all and they dont have a facility to transfer to an agent, guess no one wants to even work for UPS Update : Since I was unable to create a new post to the thread I am modifying the original post. What started as a terrible customer experience turned out to be one of the best customer service I have ever received. Although it was a struggle getting past the automated voice message , I found a hack that got me to a real person. Once I explained him the problem he made a note and said someone from the local dispatch would call me shortly. As promised I got a call from the Chemsford Dispatch center and the person was extremely supportive. They even went above and beyond the normal call of duty and ensured we received our packages in a timely manner. A big shout out to Adekulne from Chemsford MA dispatch center for his exemplary customer service. If not for him we would have never been UPS customers forever. Now he has changed our perspective forever."
