"had my mail forwarded filled out all proper paper that I was told to the person who told me I was all set never told me I had to active through postal service now my mail never got forwarded what a merry gift they gave me"

"I walked in there about 8:40 this morning the guy told me his system was down and also said he didnt care if the package got out or not thats pretty sad if u have someone like that working poor customer service skills."

"Making up their own rules seems to be the standard operating procedure. I ship hundreds of packages a year and won't use this or the Cataumet Post Office. An impediment to doing business in the area.The staffs at both need customer service training and attitude adjustment."

I showed up a few minutes before they closed, and they said they had already shut down their systems and counted their drawers. In there holiday season, they don't care about customer service, they care about themselves. This is why they are going out of business, because they are not public servants. They don't even deliver mail in the snow. You're better off supporting a private company than this government agency."
