Macy's

"The receptionist named Rola was extremely rude and suspicious. I brought two makeup pieces to return since I found a better prices in Nordstrom. As soon as I asked her to return them, Rola began speaking in a foreign language to another employee, who I believe was her relative, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She then insisted on my phone to process return, claiming that return barcode I provided to her didn't work due to a technical issue. I reluctantly handed my phone, only to catch her snooping through my wallet app without my permission. I promptly took back my phone and warned her that I would report her behavior. Upon returning home, I discovered that my debit card, which was on back of my phone case, was missing. I had to contact my bank and my credit card companies to freeze my accounts. It's disappointing to see Macy's, a once great store, become unsafe to visit."

"Went to return two items that were not satisfactory. It took close to 45 minutes to get two items processed! I am still waiting for a credit to show up for one of the items. I am very disappointed in this once great store! I most likely will never buy from this place again."
