"My new sofa was delivered today. ‘It’s a little wet.’ Uh, you think?! They wrapped it but, not a great job. A few months ago, they delivered a different new sofa with a broken leg. We refused delivery. They brought it back weeks later after supposedly repairing it . . still broken. This company is the worst. Not worth the ‘white glove’ cost. And they do not remedy their errors."

"Had a 4:30-6:30 delivery window. Drove over an hour in a special trip for this delivery (it is a second home). We waited around until 6:45 and then began our hour plus drive home when we get a phone call at 7:15 saying that the driver is 10 minutes away. Through the driver's broken English he explained that he got "caught up" at his previous job and had no explanation of why he didn't at the very least give us a call. Disgraceful, unprofessional service."
