Better to go to Solomon Pond Mall Old Navy instead as they are friendly and go out of the way to help."
"Had a bad curbside pick up experience. We parked our car on the curbside parking spot, filled all details and was waiting in the car. Two old navy store associate came out of the store & started shouting from the store door, she needs to see your license. Of course, we understand you need to see the license. Usually store employees come near the car, verify all the details, scan and drop-off the order. You just don’t randomly shout from front of the store. Better learn from other retailers how they offer better customer experience for curbside pick-ups. Instead of offering such a poor curbside experience better say in store-pick up only."

Every team member was friendly, knowledgeable of their inventory and very willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Great example of a highly motivated team and great leadership."
