"This company is absolute trash. I always get bumped on deliveries. Some months they don’t even show up. Sometimes they don’t even deliver the water to the right place. They don’t take the water bottles, I have like 50. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this horribly managed company. They will piss you off."

"Just say NO !!This place is the biggest headache if you want to waste time and money putting up with not getting deliveries and then locked out of your account for no reason and then they skip deliveries and CHARGE you. They just to say you received the water yet you have no water but they insist you do and charge you anyway I have spent hours in the phone with this company and the fees are just ridiculous it took me weeks for them just to find out who hasn’t account then after paying everything they wanted to charge even more $90 for a en-statement fee, then $110 for the actual water no thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere. This place is just falling apart."
