"Ordered a medium shake and they gave me the smallest kid size cup, ordered 12 nuggets and they gave me 10. Pretty frustrating when everything here is already overpriced, I’d at least expect the right amount of food."

"Very strange set up. Outside looks like a warehouse, and you cannot order inside/in a drive through. You have to submit an online order through Chick-fil-A or the food delivery services instead. Food was finished very quickly, and we were on our way!"

"It is a chick-fil-a, but you can only pick up your food here. You have to order online; the first time I've seen one or been one like this. I ordered my food when I got there and received my food within five minutes. It was great."

"THANK YOU! I did an online catering order and called the morning of that I was supposed to pick it up just to check in and make sure it was good to go because it was a huge order for a work event! They told me over the phone they didn't see my order and I was panicking! The manager - Malia - got on the phone and apologized but said she wanted to ensure we were taken care of. She took the whole order again over the phone and promised to get the order ready in time for us later that afternoon! They made it happen! They insisted on bringing the entire enormous order to and in my car! They were so polite and even gave us a goodie bag of items and a HANDWRITTEN CARD thanking us for ordering and provided us with a free tray with our already big order! 100% amazing customer service and I cant recommend them enough! So impressed and a job well done! THANK YOU!"

"I usually order here once a month because it get expensive with delivery. My last order, my large french fries were only half full and I complained and got a free french fry for my next order which I ordered today. Same problem!!! Why aren't these being filled o the top? I don't think I will be ordering anymore because I am paying almost 25 dollars for this meal to be delivered and my fries should be chock full. Attached are photos for refrence"
