"My mother chose this company couple years ago when she was leaving to Brazil she sent maybe 10 boxes put insurance where they told her that it would arrive safely at her house comes to find out. Supposedly they locked all the shipment When it arrived in Brazil and they told my mother that they insurance wouldn’t cover it because it had arrived in Brazil. It wasn’t lost. Then when they released one box to my mom, it was nothing that we had since I lost thousands of dollars with this company and when I called him to try to make it work, they told me here’s the number to the insurance go crazy meaning they do not care about You care about your belongings do not use this company I repeat, do not use it company. You will lose money as well. they tell you to put insurance and guarantees you that it will arrive safely at your home, but that is all a lie. Once I checked the insurance papers. It stated that it was only covered until they got to the port in Brazil they take advantage of people that don’t understand, or know how to read these things overall very very unhappy with someone need to sue them ASAP COME ON CITY HALL OF EVERETT. INVESTIGATE THEM"
