You can save time by picking up or dropping off your pre-labeled FedEx packages at this location. No need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply pack and securely seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at Walgreens. If you have a QR code from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and process your return. There are no additional fees for using this service, and most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also welcome. "Easy to get to off 91 Hatfield, Ma. Customer service excellent. We needed to return our copier. They had boxes packing material. But unable to print label from my smart phone due to potential virus transmission to their system. I was send off to find a place to print label. Went to Paradise Copies in Northampton. Great service there. Just a lot of extra time."
"Sorry. Don't like to be the bearer of sad news but there is absolutely nothing good about FedEx and this store is no different. I've hit my level of frustration and won't ever do business with FedEx again. Including ordering on line. If I know it's going to be shipped by FedEx I'm not buying. The staff at the store wasn't helpful at all trying to find my lost (allegedly delivered but yet not) package. Couldn't have cared less."
