FedEx OnSite is located at 384 Main Street in Williamstown, Massachusetts. This convenient location inside Dollar General allows customers to pick up and drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the Dollar General location.
There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that all packages must be securely sealed, properly labeled, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". If you need assistance with packing supplies or shipping materials, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location in Williamstown.
