"I am 84 years old & handicapped. Every 6 weeks I order 24 cans of dog food, which the delivery guy leaves on the sidewalk, in all kinds of weather, instead of on my screened-in porch. I have spent nearly 2 hours online trying to leave delivery instructions online, with no success, and then spoke to a rep online who could not help me. I don't have this problem with UPS or USPS, who always leave items on my porch table. I cannot pick up 24 cans of dog food off a sidewalk. If I could order this from any other delivery company, I would, but I am stuck with Fedex."

"Horrible company. Waited all day for phone to arrive. Was sitting in front of address when package was marked delivered and there wasn’t even a FedEx truck on the street. No clear answer as to why the driver dropped the package on a street that it wasn’t addressed too. After investigating more- Package was very clearly stolen by driver, then the company told me that two “Spanish looking people” came up to the driver on a street that wasn’t mine, said they knew me and would deliver the package the rest of the way (do his job for him?) Company claimed this was normal practice for their drivers? Took hours on phone to get to some resolution and ultimately had to rely on the phone carrier to do their own investigation. Thankfully the driver was dumb enough that when the phone was first activated, it was on Federico Dr right outside of the FedEx location the truck was returned too, a half hour it was said to have been delivered. FedEx was ignorant that their employee is a thief and refused to even admit any wrongdoing or broken procedure. Avoid shipping with them, and if I have to, I request proof of delivery citing that their employees are known thieves"
