"We had a package delivered on 3/21. The driver was talking on the phone walked up and dropped the package on our front steps. My mother walked out moments after the driver drove off with the package nowhere in site. We have ordered packages that are light weight and have a sign on our door asking for all packages to be placed on the porch. This package that was delivered was light weight and the day it was delivered we had strong winds. I’ve tried calling to report this only to get an automated message saying that I need to file a claim online."

"My complaint is simple, the big brown truck is using my driveway as a turn around point and almost hitting my car at a high speed. Top that with it being a little icy and I would not be a happy camper. My driveway is not the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and my driveway is not meant for them to turn around!"

"This UPS hub is the worst!! Multiple times I’ve had my packages scanned out for delivery and then not had them delivered and had the reason be out because of an emergency or bad weather yet the weather was perfectly sunny and the truck still went down my street. I’ve also had my packages scanned as arrived in my city way before the trucks leave yet it doesn’t make it on the truck and get delayed a day. They need way better organization and management there."

"I recently ordered a couple of items online from a major retailer. They flip-flopped the ship to address and the billing address and didn't notify me until two days later. I reached out to them and was told there was "nothing they could do" and that I had to contact the couriers myself! After some searching I was able to get ahold of the delivery hub in Pittsfield, MA. I explained my predicament, notified them that I am completely disabled and asked for special instructions to be given to the driver. The representative I spoke with was courteous; compassionate and most helpful. I received the package in question today, delivered right by my door in perfect condition. I can't thank UPS enough for going the extra mile for me during this extremely challenging time for me and for remaining dedicated and reliable during the pandemic we are currently faced with. "Placed a large order from Walmart Online. Order arrived on Saturday June 24, 2017 via UPS and this is the way it was left on our front porch (photos were taken just minutes after the driver took off)! This is UNACCEPTABLE! Needless to say two(2) lamps were broken, several cans of food were dented so badly that pet food was draining out of them and made such a mess! Will post on all social media outlets and warn people of this type of service. This is just awful."
