The process is simple: pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the Walgreens location.

If you have received a QR code for a return from an online store, simply visit Walgreens and open the code on the FedEx® Mobile app. A team member will print your label and take your return. There are no additional fees for picking up or dropping off packages at this location, and most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also welcomed.

Packages will be held for up to 7 days at the Walgreens location. After that, they will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. Customers can request a return label from participating online stores and bring their email with the QR code to have the label printed at the store. It is important to ensure that packages are securely sealed and properly labeled before dropping them off.

Please note that Walgreens does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be ready to ship when dropped off.
