"What we love about this store is the amazing price slashing in clearance! Khols has become a store that they have just about everything. Good quality clothes at affordable prices. We also love the ease of doing an Amazon return. Thank you, Khols! The one thing that does bother us is the lack of cashiers. You basically ring up your own items and remove security tags. We miss the human interaction. We also feel that these machines are taking away jobs from people who truly need them. They may have one cashier and then a person assisting anyone at self checkout. This is happening everywhere, and no computer can make up for human interaction. Otherwise, it's a great store. Clean and always have great sales."

"We went on Saturday July-1st-23, it is a better store. Part of the department is in one place and another in another place. And the funky smell throughout which might have been the paint. More disturbing the inability to find where you were. But there were staff members there to greet and help and assist you if need. The reason why I gave Khols 4 is because I like shopping at different Khols Department stores for the most part."
