"My favorite thing about this location is the woman (or woman presenting) with short hair (shaved sides and a bit spiky on top) rolls her eyes and deep sighs when customers walk in to ship something. I refuse to spend money at a location that can't even deliver decent customer service. I drove the extra few minutes to the FedEx at Walmart where they said they hear about this locations poor customer service multiple times a week. So when will something be done about it? Strongly recommend not visiting this location."

"Driver did not attempt delivery, but left a door tag. I was home. After calling FedEx I was told that dispatch had been reached and the driver had been instructed to go back and deliver same-day. This was within 15 min of the initial “delivery attempt.” After several hours of no delivery, multiple phone calls to find out where the package was, an agent stated that the driver had ignored the instructions to go back and deliver the package. I was told my package would be able to be picked up until 8pm at the Raynham facility. At 7:36 I arrived in Raynham, a 30 min drive from my town, to see that a sign had been posted on the door that this location would be closing at 7:30pm from now on. Multiple agents attempted to reach this facility by phone while I sat in the parking lot sobbing. The agents also said their systems showed 8pm closing time and they couldn’t reach anyone. I was told the driver would attempt delivery tomorrow, however, the initial delivery was never actually attempted so there is no assurance the driver will actually enter the apartment building and knock on a door to attempt deliver. Multiple people were in the building when the driver stopped by the first time to post a door tag. My neighbors didn’t get any knocks. I have wasted hours and money trying to get this package. I’ll never use FedEx again so long as I can help it."

"Warning. They don’t accept cash here. You don’t usually think a place of business won’t accept your cash but they won’t. Card only. Would’ve been a two star due to previous bad experiences before this one but the person working the desk this morning could not have been more kind and patient even with my frustration over the cash payment. Her kind attitude made all the difference and people like this should be the ones getting a raise!"

"The staff at the center was very helpful. Feel kind of bad about 3 stars, but when the people at on the 800 number lie to you and or hang up on you, it makes it difficult to put 5 stars. If I could rate the 800 number it would get a 0-1 and the center would get 5 stars, but they had me call the 800 number because the locals aren’t a loud to really help the customer like you get at UPS. I will NEVER ship FEDEX again."
