This is a schoolbus company, so their priority must be Lexington school routes when school is in session, but if there is any way they can get you where you need to go, they will get it done and for a very reasonable rate!"

"We booked 5 busses to go on a field trip with middle school children. They were supposed to be there at 7:30. We had to be at a specific location for a performance that started at 8:30. They didn’t show up till almost 10 of 8. When we were finally able to leave, one bus got pulled over for speeding in a school zone. The other one was going to the wrong place and when we told him he was supposed to be going somewhere else, he came to a complete stop in the middle lane on the highway. We are all lucky to still be alive and that no one hit us. When we called the company to complain, they were rude and were basically like what do you want us to do about it. They promised the driver would not be back to pick us up, but he was just didn’t drive our group again. Something needs to be done about this poor management and lack of training of their drivers. I will never use this bus company again and I will tell everyone that I know to not use them as well."

"We had an event planned for about 50 people and the bus never arrived. We lost our reservation for the main activity and everyone was absolutely dissapointed with C&W. I called several times customer service while we were still waiting for the bus and the woman hung up on me. Make sure you NEVER use this service. We had previously read some several negative reviews but we still used C&W because it was the cheapest option and we never thought they'd be so incredibly irresponsible. Their response was that their driver never showed up to work. We waited for about 45 minutes before they actually told us that. I never thought a company could behave in such an irresponsible way. NEVER USE C&W."
