FedEx Freight

"Terrible dispatch center. Your driver claimed he was on my site for 31 minutes and I was billed $135. Fortunately I had a video recording showing the driver pulled up and sat in the truck for 10 minutes, then delivered the shipment in 9 minutes. He then falsified the delivery slip to show that he was on site for 31 minutes. Why is it my responsibility to pay for your employees nap? Mike who runs Abbington could care less, he didnt want to see proof of my video showing his employee falsifying the time and not working on the job. Shame on Fedex."

"went to pick up a delivery for fed ex just to find out it had not arrived very disappointing 2 hour drive for nothing. i know things happen but financially not doing well."

"Fedex as a company are swindlers they charged me 2200 to ship some junk tvs, I mentioned how I made a mistake on the pallet quantity due the vendor making a mistake about the pallet count the rep said they can't adjust it since I already paid. The driver was a very nice guy but I will never use fedex freight to for my business again."
