"Booked a load, provided updates, picked up on time, delivered on time and they wrote me a freight guard for not replying to their email...just wow. STAY AWAY!!!"
"We booked a load with DMX Logistics. The load pickup was by 3pm as per freight broker. Driver checked in at 2:20pm. Was told by shipper that shipping department was closing at. Shipper told the driver to wait until next morning to get loaded. So the driver stayed overnight for the next day pickup. The load got delivered with no issues . DMX Logistics reported on us for Pickup / delivery failures, In transit agreement modification and unethical or deceptive business practices. We contacted DMX Broker to get the report removed as we have pickup & drop off the load as expected even if broker did not give us the right information. We kept broker informed all the way to the end by responding to every emails requesting updates. Bill at DMX has noticed we updated but did not''reply all''. They got updates no matter what. The communication problem and deceptive business practices is coming from DMX Logistics as far as I'm concerned. We called the broker that filed the report against us the very next morning, explaining our point of view very calmly and nicely but he didn't want to hear anything. His point was we did not tell him when the driver got empty. And even if he received an email to tell him the driver was at receiver and backed up to the dock, he’s claiming he reported us because « it’s important for DMX to get all updates ». This situation is hurting our company, we now have issues booking loads because of the freight guard report. That report is unjustified and gives our company a bad reputation even though we always gave our customers an excellent service, pickup and delivery on time, and we always keep customers /freight brokers updated. As a carrier, we have all the expenses, take all the risks, and on top of that we have to deal with crooked freight brokers - and moreover we do not have any recourse. This industry has changed completely, especially because of dishonest and unfair freight brokers. It’s a shame. We have seen only bad reviews on that broker, reporting bad against carriers for silly reasons."
"Wish there's negative reviews to post! Scammers that will not even pay you as promised for the hard work you've done! Don't haul any loads for any reason unless you want to do it for free! SCAM-SCAM-SCAM"
"I had a truck break down and had to cancel a load. The broker lied and put a bad review on 411. I had to call a manger to get it removed. He was very helpful at least"
"Typical freight Brokers , you move the loads then fight for your money. STAY AWAY from these types of organizations . Good luck getting paid, phone will always ring as a busy single and email addresses are never working."
