"This has to be one of the worst CT terminals I've ever attempted to deal with. They're so poorly run, we've never successfully been able to get a shipment picked up before our shipper closes at 5pm. I use them in other cities and have had great success, but I would highly urge anyone to steer clear of this terminal for any pick ups in their area. 0 Stars if I were able to."
