"Terribly unprofessional. Unfortunately, Lowe’s uses this as their installation/hook up service and they’re horrible. Never on time as my window was from 12-4 pm and they finally showed up at 6 pm, unprofessional dress and mannerisms (please pull up your pants, I’m sick of seeing underwear), incompetent as they couldn’t figure out how to install a stackable washer and dryer and berated me for it, impossible to get anyone who speaks decent English and overall a horrible experience. I will never buy anything from Lowe’s that requires installation knowing this is who they use and they send the bottom of the barrel."

"This is the 3rd awful experience I’ve had with this company which is likely trying to rebrand itself because they had such awful reviews from RXO, but don’t be fooled. I’m on delivery cancellation #3 so far just on this order alone. I hate that Samsung uses this company. If you’re buying from Samsung make sure you call or email their customer service about this company so they fire them and get a reputable replacement."

"Missed the pickup deadline did not try and contact me until two weeks later. We went with a different carrier. Now I'm still getting calls from them impersonating Amazon over the phone, trying to get me to schedule a pickup for an item that was already picked up. I spoke to Amazon they said I'm good. It is illegal to impersonate."

"So I was supposed to get my IKEA delivery as scheduled on Wed. Aug 8. I got a call and was told due to truck failure they cannot deliver. I asked them specifically to schedule for Friday, Aug. 11 as nobody will be home to accept delivery on Thursday. As I kept receiving confirmation messages on my phone for Thursday delivery I called 3 times, requesting Friday delivery instead. Today, they show up and call me. I'm not there, nobody is there. I call to request delivery for tomorrow. They say they cannot schedule until the item is returned back to the warehouse. Even if I call tomorrow, they cannot reschedule same delivery for me. This company simply should quit doing what they are doing, they are not capable of running a logistics business with this kind of poor service, and illogical system set up in place. Zero stars."

"I own 3 apt buildings, each building has 20+ apts. My first experience was not that pleasant until I was able to speak with The Manager Diamond. At first I lost alot of faith 6 years ago. But everytime I make a order. I just call up and let Diamond know that I made a order and she makes sure everything goes as plan. I even went as far as offering her a job because her service is exceptionally perfect. I wished I gave her this review along time ago . Way to go Diamond. Your a shining star"
