"I was connected with Belstar through a broker company when I needed my car shipped. Kate was pleasant to work with and tried to keep me updated on my car. The pick up of my car went smoothly after the initial pick up time confusion was settled. Eugene, the driver was pleasant and professional as he picked up my car. The drop off of my car, however was a different story! Eugene became extremely rude and did not follow the door to door arrangement. The drop off time kept changing on their end which I gave grace for and tried to accommodate as best I could, however, he got mad at me for not meeting him at a location that was convenient for him after the original pickup time had passed (by hours!). He said something along the lines of “I haven’t eaten all day”. I stood my ground and told him to bring my car to my location. After rudely hanging up on me, he finally brought my car to the area I was in but told me I had to meet him in the middle of the street a ways away from where I was instead of dropping it off at the door like the contract said. After walking in the dark and the pouring rain (as a young woman) trying to find my car (but unsuccessful), he finally offered to drive my car to my location. He then shockingly asked me for a ride back to his truck after making me walk in the cold rain for 30 minutes. My car arrived safe and in good condition which is why I’m leaving two stars."

"Eugene was the best!! Amazing customer service. Exceeded my expectations! Communicated with us at any time, updated us, and was very friendly. HIGLY recommend and will be using them if ever needing services again! Car was returned exactly as it was given. Cant say enough about him. Thank you Eugene for everything! Ask for him if needed their services! You won’t regret it."
